This fairly fun and fast program is accessible to beginners and experienced athletes. Cross training is a method that makes it possible to tone the muscles without necessarily gaining muscle volume.
This type of training improves both cardio, strength and endurance. We work the whole body with a “full body” circuit training. According to men and women, we can target more an upper body circuit training or
lower body circuit training. It is very effective for keeping in shape and progressing.
